Quick and Healthy Omelettes courtesy of tastepantry

Omelettes have to be one of the quickest and easiest to prepare foods that can really deliver a nutritious punch and kickstart to your day. There are some tricks of course.
  1. Use egg whites, or as I’ve done here, mix half egg whites and a few cage-free organic eggs and skim milk
  2. Fill your omelettes with greens
  3. Add lean meat or smoked salmon
  4. Use a small amount of tasty, healthier cheese
  5. Leave bulkier ingredients out – put them on top instead
  6. Season properly
I’ve got omelette prep, cooking and cleaning down to a science, and can get the whole thing done in under 15 minutes...
